When a customer places an order over our web site, we will ask for your payment method preference, credit card account number and expiration date (if applicable), name as it appears on your credit card, the CVV code on the back of the card, "bill to" address,” ship to" address if different from the billing address, phone number, and e-mail address. We ship orders out within 72 hours of receiving your purchase invoice (M-F only). All orders are shipped via US Priority Mail, which reaches many locations as fast as two days and is guaranteed to arrive within 4 days (continental US)! Occasionally, items are out of stock. In this case, we will contact you so you can make a substitution or cancel the item from your order. We may contact you with questions about your order and/or ordering experience
